Super Bowl 54 Will Be: Chiefs vs. 49ers, with the Chiefs Being Slight Favorites
Yesterday’s NFL games weren’t exactly thrillers . . . with both games being decided well before the final minutes.
In the AFC Championship Game, the Kansas City Chiefs defeated this year’s Cinderella team, the Tennessee Titans, 35-24.
The Titans went up 10-0 in the first quarter, and it was close most of the game . . . but the Chiefs pulled away late, and at one point had an 18 point lead.
In the NFC Championship Game, the San Francisco 49ers cruised to a 37-20 victory over the Green Bay Packers. Green Bay scored a couple touchdowns in the fourth, but that was after the 49ers had built up a 27-point lead.
The surprise star of that one was running back Raheem Mostert, who had 220 yards and FOUR TOUCHDOWNS on 29 carries. In fact, the 49ers ran the ball so much that quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo only attempted EIGHT passes.
Super Bowl 54 will happen in two weeks on Sunday, February 2nd. According to ESPN, the Chiefs are SLIGHT favorites, but it’s close.
