We Get Our Best Sleep at Age 24, Plus the Top Five Things That Keep Us Up

Instead of “sleep like a baby,” I guess we need to start saying “sleep like a 24-year-old.”  It’s not as catchy though . . .

The average person thinks they got their best sleep at age 24, according to a new survey.  Which makes sense, I guess.  You’re not in school anymore, and maybe don’t have kids yet.  So it’s easier to sleep in.

People were asked what’s keeping them up at night in general right now.  The top five answers were family stress . . . work stress . . . the temperature of their room . . . worrying about money . . . and too much screen time.
